Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the StratEdge Consultancy FZE website at stratedgeconsultancy.ae (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by StratEdge Consultancy FZE (“StratEdge”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Ajman, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence No. 52810). You can contact us at hello@stratedgeconsultancy.ae.

StratEdge provides:

• Career advisory for individuals — coaching, CV and profile preparation, interview and salary support, and job-search strategy;
• HR consulting for organisations — Emiratization strategy and compliance advisory, hiring-process design, talent market intelligence, interviewer and manager training, and related services.

StratEdge is a consultancy. We do not provide recruitment or direct candidate placement services, and we are not a recruitment agency. Where a client requires direct placement, that service is performed only by MoHRE-licensed placement partners, and any such placement is governed by the terms of the relevant licensed partner and any separate agreement you enter into.

The content on this Site is provided for general information about StratEdge and our services. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and it does not form a contract for services. Nothing on this Site is an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement of our services is governed by a separate written service agreement signed by you and StratEdge. In the event of any conflict between this Site and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement prevails.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the StratEdge name and compass mark, layout, and design — is owned by or licensed to StratEdge Consultancy FZE and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print Site content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent.

You agree to use the Site lawfully, and in particular not to:

• use it in any way that breaches applicable UAE law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any related systems or networks;
• introduce malicious code, or otherwise interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation; or
• use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our services provide professional guidance and support. We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including any job offer, interview, salary level, hiring result, or compliance outcome. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including your own actions and the decisions of third parties such as employers and regulators.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, StratEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under UAE law. Liability arising from any engagement of our services is governed by the applicable signed service agreement, not by these Terms.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services — for example, our scheduling tool or social-media pages. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and is subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, together with the date on which it last changed. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ajman. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
